Victorian Student Christian Movement Gathering, Friday November 21st
The final gathering for the year for the Victorian SCM will be on Friday, 21 November from 6 to 8pm.
Please join us to celebrate the end of the academic year and discuss possible plans and activities for SCM in 2009.
Please let us know if you are coming, and (if possible) bring some light refreshments to share.
Venue: Wesley Uniting Church Old Schoolhouse, ground floor meeting room, 148 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
We are also beginning to plan activities for next year and would love to hear your ideas. What kinds of events and activities would you like SCM to run? How would you like to be involved? Whether or not you can attend on November 21st, please respond with any ideas or suggestions.

SCM welcome camp, 2009
Helen Hill is planning to organise an SCM camp some time around the beginning of the academic year with some of the VU students, to welcome new students and bring together SCMers and Friends interested in issues of climate change and faith responses to that.
If you are at all interested in helping to plan or to attend this weekend please contact me, we will possibly have it at Moora Moora, in Healesville, which has a conference centre originally inspired by the SCM Campsite at Chum Creek.
